About This Product
MCS main wiring harness for 1979 XLCH. Replaces OEM 70001-79. This harness covers the main electrical backbone. It does not include handlebar, taillight, coil, or regulator wiring. The leads are colour-coded and the ends come pre-attached. Some sub-models need slight adjustments during installation. This replaces years of hacked wiring and puts the electrics back to stock layout.
Manufacturer part number: 970546.
