About This Product
This oil strainer dowel pin is a small but necessary fastener for the engine assembly on several classic Harley models. It fits 1937 to 1973 45" Sidevalves, 1937 to 1948 Big Twin Sidevalves, and even 1952 to 1976 Ironhead Sportsters and KH models. It is a direct replacement for OEM 333 and is also known by part number 971243. MCS supplies these in a pack of 25, ensuring you have plenty for the shop floor. These pins are critical for the proper alignment of the oiling components, and using a fresh, straight pin is always better than trying to reuse a mangled original.
