These Manley Severe Duty stainless steel exhaust valves are a top-tier upgrade for 1984 to 1999 Evolution Big Twin and 1999 to 2004 Twin Cam models. Sold as a pair, these valves feature an oversized 1.65-inch head diameter and a standard 0.3095-inch stem diameter. Manufactured from a high-temperature stainless alloy, they are swirl-polished for improved flow and feature durable chrome-plated stems. These valves offer up to a 30% weight reduction over stock components, ensuring a stable valve train even at high RPMs. While designed for Evo models, they can be used in Twin Cam engines after the valve seats are machined to accommodate the larger head. They are a proven choice for performance builds requiring maximum durability and heat resistance in the exhaust port.
