About This Product
These Manley Severe Duty intake valves are an oversize option for 1984 to 1999 Evolution Big Twins and 1999 to 2004 Twin Cam models. Sold as a pair, they feature a large 1.94-inch head diameter and a .310-inch stem. These valves are manufactured from high-temperature stainless alloy and are swirl-polished for maximum flow. Because they are up to 30% lighter than stock, they help prevent valve float in high-performance applications. Note that while Evo and early Twin Cam intake valves are identical, installing these larger valves in a Twin Cam head will require professional valve seat machining to accommodate the increased head diameter.
