These Manley lower valve spring collars are specifically engineered for 1980 to 1984 Shovelhead models. Like other Manley performance hardware, these are sold as a set of four and are crafted from heat-treated chromoly with a black oxide finish. They feature a low-profile design that allows for an extra .030 inches of spring travel, which is often necessary when upgrading to performance camshafts. They are a direct fit for both stock and aftermarket springs. If you're refreshing the heads on a late Shovel, these collars offer the precision and strength needed to keep the valve train stable at higher RPMs.
