Dealing with stripped threads in a crankcase can be a nightmare, but this Colony oversized timing plug offers a reliable fix. This 11/16-16 plug is designed to repair timing holes or drain holes where the original 5/8-13 threads have failed. It features a clean, OEM-style Allen head and is a direct replacement for stripped OEM 720 timing plugs. It fits a wide range of models, including 1938 to 1999 Big Twins (excluding Twin Cams) and 1952 to 2003 Sportsters. Please note that a 11/16-16 tap is required for installation and is not included with this single plug. It is a heavy-duty solution for saving your engine cases and maintaining a factory look.
