Eastern transmission lapping tool kit. Sold as a set. Fits 1936 to 1976 Big Twins and 1952 to 1983 XL Sportsters. Use it to lap the bearing races concentric and true in the gearbox. A transmission with misaligned races will not shift cleanly and will eat bearings. Take your time with the compound and check the fit with Plastigage or dye before you assemble.
