About This Product
Eastern transmission lapping shaft. This shaft laps the gearbox bearing races square across the cases. It fits 1930 to 2022 Big Twins and 1952 to 1977 XL Sportsters. The kit includes nuts and spacers to set clamping load. You need it if you want the primary and transmission bearings running true and the gears shifting clean. Freehand lapping wastes your time and ruins the races.
