This 1-1/8" wide, 128-tooth belt features Goodyear-engineered carbon fiber reinforcement, providing a massive 33% increase in tensile strength over standard aramid belts. It serves as a replacement for OEM 40022-91 and is designed for 1991 to 2003 XL Sportster models. It also fits 1986 to 2003 Sportsters that have been fitted with a rear belt conversion kit using a 61-tooth rear pulley. Whether you're replacing a worn-out factory belt or finishing a conversion, this Falcon SPC belt offers the durability and strength required to keep your Sportster on the road for years to come.
