Working on vintage iron like a Shovelhead or Panhead requires the right parts, and these Gardner-Westcott cylinder base allen screws are a smart upgrade. These chrome fasteners are designed to replace the original cylinder base studs, which requires the removal of the existing studs for installation. This kit fits 1948 through 1983 Shovelhead and Panhead models. Switching to allen head screws provides a much cleaner look around the base of the cylinders and can make torquing the fasteners easier in tight spaces. It is a classic custom touch for anyone restoring or maintaining a piece of Harley-Davidson history.
