About This Product
These Cometic cylinder head gaskets are designed for 2008 to 2012 XR1200 models equipped with 3-13/16 inch big bore cylinders. The gaskets are .030 inches thick and utilize Multi-Layer Steel technology, featuring embossed stainless steel layers coated with a high-temperature polymer rubber. This construction is rated for temperatures up to 250 degrees Celsius and ensures a superior seal for high-performance applications. The layers are riveted together outside the sealing surface for easy installation, and the MLS design eliminates the need for dowel pin o-rings, providing a clean and reliable top-end seal for your Sportster.
