About This Product
This Cometic cylinder head gasket set is engineered for 2008–2012 XR1200 models equipped with 3-13/16" big bore cylinders. These .040" thick Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) gaskets are built for high-performance applications, featuring embossed stainless steel layers coated with a 250°C high-temperature polymer rubber. The layers are riveted together outside the sealing surface for easy installation, and the MLS design completely eliminates the need for dowel pin o-rings. This provides a much more reliable and durable seal for the increased pressures of a big bore Sportster engine. Whether you're building a track bike or a high-performance street machine, these gaskets offer the professional-grade sealing required to keep your XR1200 running strong.
