About This Product
When you're pushing a Milwaukee-Eight to a 4.500" big bore, you need a head gasket that can handle the pressure. This Cometic cylinder head gasket set is built using Multi-Layer Steel technology, featuring embossed stainless steel layers coated with a high-temperature polymer rubber. At .040" thick, these gaskets are designed for serious performance builds. It is important to note that because there is no embossing for water or oil cooling ports, the head cooling ports must be plugged or welded. These gaskets are sold as a pair and fit 2018 to 2024 Softail models along with 2017 to 2024 Touring and Trike models equipped with 4.500" big bore cylinders. The MLS design is a massive upgrade, eliminating the need for dowel pin o-rings while providing a superior seal.
