For the vintage enthusiasts running big bore Panheads or Shovelheads, these Cometic cylinder base gaskets are a modern solution for classic iron. These gaskets are designed for 3-5/8 inch big bore cylinders and feature Rubber Coated Steel technology. This construction uses an embossed steel core with a .001-inch thick coating of heat-resistant nitrile rubber on both sides, providing a .020-inch total thickness for a superior seal on older castings. This set includes both the front and rear gaskets for one engine and is sold as a pair. They fit 1963 to 1965 Panhead and 1966 to 1984 Shovelhead models equipped with big bore cylinders.
