This Cometic EST motor gasket kit is built for high-performance 4-1/8" big bore engines, specifically fitting 1999–2005 Dyna and 2000–2006 Softail models. This comprehensive set includes every gasket, seal, and o-ring required for a full engine rebuild, including the primary gaskets. The kit features .040" Multi-Layer Steel head gaskets and .010" Single-Layer Steel base gaskets coated with Viton rubber for maximum strength. It also includes 1999–2010 style breather gaskets and Viton valve seals with outer springs. By using Cometic’s Extreme Sealing Technology, this kit ensures that your big bore Twin Cam stays leak-free, providing a reliable seal that won't weep, extrude, or fail under the increased pressures of a larger displacement motor.
