Cometic o-ring for the starter gear bolt. It replaces OEM 33345-89. It fits 1989 Big Twin models. It seals the starter gear bolt against oil mist inside the primary. Swap it whenever you pull the starter or work inside the primary. The compound resists degradation from heat and oil. It is a small part that prevents a persistent weep from the primary area.
