It fits 1967 to 1980 XL Sportster models, though it excludes the 1970 to early 1979 XLCH. Made from .031-inch thick high-density, creep-resistant fiber, this material is fuel-resistant, asbestos-free, and requires no additional sealants or re-torquing. It is a direct replacement for OEM 31471-67A.
