About This Product
Cometic starter cover plate gasket. .031" fibre. Fits 1974–1978 XLH with Hitachi starters and 1979–1980 XL Sportster with Prestolite starters. Replaces OEM 31461-70. Sold as a pack of ten. The fibre is high-density and creep-resistant. It handles high temperatures without becoming brittle. Install it dry. No sealant needed. It will not need re-torquing after you set the clamping load. It is asbestos-free.
