If you are tired of that annoying clicking sound coming from your Twin Cam's top end, this DK Custom Rocker Locker kit is the solution. Harley-Davidson designed the rocker arm installation with a bolt that doesn't quite lock the shaft tight, allowing it to rotate and hit the bolt. This kit, sold as a kit, includes four precision tapered bushings that eliminate that movement without interfering with the rocker arm's function. It fits 1999 to 2017 Softail and Dyna models, as well as 1999 to 2016 FLT and Touring models equipped with aftermarket support plates. The kit comes with the necessary alignment tool, washer, and nut for a straightforward installation that usually takes an experienced mechanic about three hours. Just keep in mind that these are one-time use; if you ever pull the rocker shafts again, a new kit will be required.
