The DK Custom Rocker Locker kit is designed to silence the annoying top-end clicking common in Evolution engines. This noise occurs because the factory rocker shaft installation allows for slight rotation, causing the shaft to strike the locking bolt. This kit fits 1986-2006 Sportster models and features four precision tapered bushings that lock the rocker shaft in place. It includes an alignment tool, washer, and nut to ensure a proper fit during the roughly three-hour installation process. Sold as a kit, this is a straightforward way to quiet your valvetrain and improve the sound of your ride. Note that these bushings are single-use and must be replaced if the rocker shafts are removed.
