This BDL 3-inch outboard Street-Drive belt drive kit is a serious upgrade for 1990 to 2006 Softail 5-speed models. It takes the proven performance of the standard BDL 3-inch open electric start kits and adds an outboard bearing support system for significantly improved strength and rigidity. The kit features BDL’s high-performance ball bearing lock-up clutch and a 72-47 drive ratio for reliable power delivery. It is designed for riders who want that classic open-primary look without sacrificing structural integrity. If you ever need a replacement belt, this setup is designed to run the 3-inch wide 141-tooth 8mm belt.
