About This Product
This Cometic O-ring seals the primary cover filler cap on 1971 to early-1978 Harley-Davidson XL Sportster models. It prevents primary fluid from seeping around the filler cap and keeps moisture out of the primary chaincase. Replaces OEM part 37762-52. A simple but important seal to replace during primary service or when the filler cap is disturbed on these four-speed Sportster models.
