Upgrading your 5-speed gearbox with Andrews gears is a smart move for any serious rider. These gears are manufactured from high nickel alloy and are shot-peened and heat-treated for exceptional durability. To help prevent the missed shifts and rounded drive dogs often found in older transmissions, Andrews has incorporated lead-in ramps into the design. This gear is a direct replacement for OEM 35029-91A and fits Dyna, FXR, Softail, and Touring models. Additionally, these gears are compatible with 1995–2006 models and 1994 European models when installed as a matching set for the mainshaft and countershaft, providing a robust solution for maintaining your transmission's performance over the long haul.
