The ThunderMax fuel injection system is a top-tier, self-tuning management solution designed specifically for fuel-injected Harley-Davidson Touring and Trike models. This wide-band, closed-loop system automatically adjusts air/fuel ratios in real-time, accounting for changes in temperature, altitude, and fuel quality. Whether your bike is stock or heavily modified with performance cams and exhaust, the ThunderMax ensures crisp throttle response, easier starting, and a smoother idle. It even helps eliminate common issues like exhaust popping and backfiring. Please note that installation requires an exhaust system with 18mm sensor bungs, similar to those found on 2007 to 2009 models, or the modification of your existing pipes to accept the wide-band sensors.
