Anyone who has adjusted a belt on a modern bagger knows the frustration of the axle nut shifting as you torque it down. This Jims 3rd Hand rear axle locker tool is the perfect solution for 2002 to present FLH and FLT Touring models. It acts as an extra set of hands, locking the welded axle nut on the left side of the bike so it cannot move toward the low side of the adjuster cam. By resting the tool over the swingarm and tightening the adjuster screw, you can torque the axle nut from the right side with total confidence that your alignment hasn't shifted. It makes a solo belt adjustment fast, accurate, and stress-free.
