This Kraft/Tech Hardtail frame is the perfect foundation for a custom 2004 to present Evolution Sportster build. Constructed from seamless thick-wall 1.25-inch tubing with a beefy 1.5-inch backbone, these frames are built to handle up to 150 HP. They feature precision TIG/MIG welds, CNC-machined necks, and billet steel axle carriers. With various rake and stretch options available, these frames can accommodate rear tires from 130mm up to 200mm with a chain drive conversion. The frame comes complete with a 3/4-inch rear axle and pre-welded mounts for the oil tank, fender, and regulator, making your custom Sportster project much more straightforward while maintaining a classic rigid profile.
