This Cycle Electric stator is a high-performance upgrade designed to fit a wide range of Harley-Davidson models, including Big Twin, FX, FXR, Softail, Sportster, and Touring bikes. Unlike standard replacements, Cycle Electric uses a specialized insulation system capable of withstanding temperatures exceeding 600°F. By using thinner insulation and precision needle winding, they’ve improved magnetic coupling and heat dissipation. This means your charging system runs cooler and provides more consistent output, even at low idle speeds. It is a direct replacement for OEM part number 29965-81A. Because plug types can vary on Evolution and Shovelhead models, always verify your current connection before installation. This stator includes a two-year manufacturer guarantee.
