Designed to replace the problematic factory solenoid on 1965-1988 4-speed electric start models, this hand-operated system delivers reliable starting performance every time. Simply pull the lever and go - no more frustrating no-start situations or complex electrical troubleshooting.
This efficient starting system mounts directly in place of the stock starter solenoid, making installation straightforward on FL/FX models from 1965-1984, and FXWG/FXST models from 1980-1988. The mechanical simplicity eliminates the electrical points of failure that plague the original design. Note: Starter relay must be ordered separately for complete installation.
