For riders looking to maximize performance on the track, these Zard stainless steel head pipes are a significant upgrade for the Pan America. By removing the heavy stock catalyst, the weight is reduced from 3.6kg to just 1.9kg. These headers are manufactured using advanced laser cutting and robotic welding for a perfect fit. The set includes a carbon fiber heat shield for the rear header and is designed to work perfectly with Zard racing slip-on mufflers. They fit 2020 to 2025 Pan America models, including the Special, Special ST, and CVO versions. Note that these are intended for racing use as they delete the catalyst.
