The Zard Sportster S GT exhaust system is a premium 2-1-2 setup that significantly lightens your bike, dropping the weight from the stock 9.0kg down to 5.1kg. This Euro 5 homologated system features oval mufflers with diagonally cut carbon fiber end caps and a matte black Cerakote finish resistant to 1000°C. It includes a two-piece carbon fiber heat shield that replaces the original plastic components for a much more aggressive look. Sold as a set, it fits 2021 to 2024 Sportster S RH1250S models. This system is hand-welded and laser-cut to ensure a perfect fit and a high-performance finish that matches the modern styling of the Sportster S.
