About This Product
Samwel circuit breaker drive gear for 1937 to 1973 45" Sidevalve models. This gear meshes with the circuit breaker shaft in the timing chest. Backlash here shows up as erratic timing and poor running. Check the teeth for hook wear and the bore for ovality before fitting. A loose gear will make the bike hard to start and rough through the rev range. Replaces OEM 25851-37.
