About This Product
Samwel transmission top cover for 1941-1963 45-inch Flathead models. It replaces OEM 34825-41, 2271-41 and 34813-41. This cover houses the shifter cam and forks on top of the gearbox. A cracked casting leaks oil and lets dirt into the works. Fit this if your original is damaged or if you are building a box from scratch. Use a new gasket and torque the screws in sequence.
