MCS black transmission top cover for five-speed gearboxes. It fits 2000 to 2006 Softail and 2001 to 2006 FLT Touring. This is the black version of OEM chrome 34541-00. It is an OEM-style replacement. Fit a new gasket. Bolt it on and lose the brightwork.
