About This Product
Samwel steering damper for Springer forks. It has the period-correct green painted lever. Fits 1941 to 1952 45" WL and G Flathead models with Springer forks and early OEM-style handlebars. Replaces OEM 46701-40 and 2776-40N. The damper adds friction to the steering and cuts high-speed wobble. The green lever is the correct detail for military WLA builds. Fit it and set the resistance to suit your riding.
