About This Product
This Jims hard cap is a protective accessory designed to be used with specific Jims specialty tools. It works with the sprocket shaft crank assembly remover and the fork stem bearing puller to protect the shaft or stem during the pressing process. This cap is compatible with 1955 to 2006 Big Twin models, excluding the 2006 Dyna when used for crank work, and fits 1954 to 1977 XL Sportsters when used for fork bearing removal. It is a simple but effective way to ensure you don't damage expensive engine or chassis components while using heavy-duty pullers.
