About This Product
When building a stroker motor or using longer-than-stock cylinders, your pushrod covers often end up too short. These JIMS pushrod cover spacers are .275 inches thick and are designed to space out stock-length covers to maintain proper tension and sealing. They fit 1936 to 2025 Big Twin models (excluding Flatheads) and 1957 to 1990 XL Sportsters. They can also be used on 1991 to 2022 Sportsters if they have been converted to multi-piece pushrod covers. Sold as a set of four, these spacers are a precision solution for custom engine geometry, ensuring your pushrod tubes stay sealed even when the deck height has changed. They are a simple fix for a common custom building problem.
