About This Product
These .200-inch thick JIMS pushrod cover spacers are designed for mechanics building Harley engines with taller-than-stock cylinders. By adding these to the assembly, you can properly space out your stock-length pushrod covers to ensure they seal correctly against the lifter blocks and heads. They fit 1936 to 2025 Big Twin models (excluding Flatheads) and 1957 to 1990 XL Sportsters. They also work for 1991 to 2022 Sportster models that have been modified with multi-part pushrod covers. Sold as a set of four, these spacers provide a reliable way to compensate for custom engine heights, ensuring the pushrod tube springs have enough tension to keep the oil inside the motor.
