About This Product
For engine builds requiring a slight adjustment in pushrod tube length, these JIMS pushrod cover spacers are .155 inches thick. They are used to space out stock-length covers when using cylinders that are longer than the factory specifications. This set fits 1936 to 2025 Big Twin models (excluding Flatheads) and 1957 to 1990 XL Sportsters. They are also compatible with 1991 to 2022 Sportsters that use custom multiple-part pushrod covers. Sold as a set of four, these spacers ensure your pushrod seals remain under the correct tension, preventing leaks on custom stroker or big-bore builds where the engine geometry has been altered. It is a precision-machined solution for a perfect seal.
