For riders looking to boost their ignition performance, this Accel Power Pulse coil delivers a serious 30,000-volt output. Finished in a distinctive yellow, this 12-volt coil features a 4.2 Ohm primary resistance, making it a high-performance alternative to the standard black factory coil. It is a dual-fire design that fits 1965 to early 1978 Big Twins with points ignitions, as well as late 1978 to 1979 Big Twins equipped with the V-Fire I or II electronic ignition. It also fits 1965 to 1979 Sportsters, excluding magneto models. This coil is a direct replacement for OEM 31609-65A, providing a hotter spark for better combustion and more reliable starting on vintage iron.
