About This Product
Samwel 2nd gear bracket. Fits 1941 to 1973 45-inch Flathead models. Replaces OEM 35333-41 and 2299-41. It anchors the 2nd gear engagement mechanism inside the gearbox. If the old bracket is bent or the mounting holes are wallowed out, second gear will not select cleanly. Fit this when you overhaul the 4-speed Flathead transmission.
