The kit is sold as a kit and features 0.040-inch Multi-Layer Steel head gaskets paired with Rubber Coated Metal cylinder base and rocker cover base gaskets for a superior seal. It also includes rubber rocker cover gaskets and all the essential seals and o-rings required to finish the job correctly. While specifically packaged for the 1200, it can also be used on XL883 models if the 883-specific head gaskets are purchased separately. By utilizing RCM and MLS materials, James ensures these gaskets won't fail under the high-heat conditions of an air-cooled V-twin.
