About This Product
This JIMS tool is specifically designed for the removal and installation of OEM-style slotted oil pump and tappet screen plugs. It fits 1953 to 1999 Big Twin models, excluding Twin Cams, that utilize the original slotted plug design. The beauty of this tool is that it allows you to use a standard open-end wrench, which provides much better access around exhaust headers and prevents the common damage caused by trying to use a large flathead screwdriver. It is a simple but effective way to ensure your oil screen maintenance is performed cleanly and without marring the finish of your vintage or Evolution-era engine components.
