This JIMS +.030-inch oversized steel breather valve is engineered to salvage crankcases that have suffered wear or damage in the breather bore. Manufactured from high-grade aerospace steel and CNC machined for exact tolerances, it provides a durable and reliable replacement for the stock unit. This oversized valve fits late 1977 to 1999 Big Twin models, excluding Twin Cam engines. It is compatible with late 1979 to 1999 style steel breather valve thrust washers. For the best results during installation, we recommend using the JIMS breather hole reamer tool to ensure the bore is perfectly sized for this oversized component, restoring proper crankcase breathing and oil control.
