The JIMS 180-degree crankpin is a precision-engineered replacement for 1941 to early 1984 Big Twin models, excluding 61-inch Knucklehead, 61-inch Panhead, and all Flathead engines. Machined to a standard outside diameter of 1.2490 inches, this crankpin features a three-hole oil design oriented at 180 degrees for significantly improved lubrication across the bearing diameter. Built to exacting tolerances, it serves as a direct custom replacement for the OEM 23961-41 crankpin. Pair with JIMS 978251 crankpin nuts and JIMS 978618 woodruff keys (replacing OEM 23985-18) for a complete, reliable installation. Ideal for engine rebuilds where enhanced oiling is a priority.
