About This Product
The JIMS 180-degree crankpin is designed for late 1981 to 1999 Big Twin engines, excluding Twin Cam models. Machined to a standard outside diameter of 1.2495 inches, it incorporates a three-hole oil design oriented at 180 degrees to provide improved lubrication across the bearing diameter, reducing wear and extending engine life. This crankpin is a direct custom replacement for OEM 23961-80A. For correct assembly, use JIMS 978252 crankpin nuts and woodruff key OEM 11218 (MCS 517951). A high-quality upgrade for any Shovelhead or Evolution Big Twin bottom-end rebuild where superior oiling performance matters.
