About This Product
A specialized pinion shaft from JIMS designed for 1981–1999 Evolution Big Twin engines with aftermarket flywheels equipped with 1973–1989 style oil pumps and pinion gears. Features a longer bushing nose to accommodate 1993–1999 style cam covers with end oiling. Requires 24016-80 JIMS nut for flywheel side and 54-89 JIMS nut on pinion gear side. Note that OEM 1990–1999 Evo Big Twin models with stock one-piece flywheel and shaft design must use an S&S pinion shaft conversion kit when converting to a 5-piece flywheel assembly.
