About This Product
James Gaskets cork seal for the check valve body in the crankcase. Fits around the tappet oil screen on 1952 to 1965 Panhead. Replaces OEM 24990-52. Sold as a pack of 10. Cork compresses to seal the oiling system properly. If this valve leaks the oil drains back into the crankcase when you park the bike and you get a dry start. Fit it dry and torque the retainer to spec. Do not use sealant on cork.
