This MCS check valve body is designed to fit around the tappet oil screen in the crankcase, ensuring the oiling system functions correctly. It is a direct replacement for OEM part numbers 24975-52 and 24985-52. This component is specifically for late 1952 to 1962 Big Twin models. It works in conjunction with the oil screen to filter debris before it reaches the lifters. If your original valve body is worn or damaged, it can lead to oiling issues in the top end. These are sold in a pack of five, providing a reliable solution for maintaining vintage Big Twin engines.
