The Picard milled curved tooth file is a specialized bodywork tool for smoothing steel and aluminum surfaces on custom motorcycle parts. This 355mm tool features a lightweight aluminum body with a steel adjuster, finished in a blue hammer-effect enamel. It comes equipped with a rough file blade, making it ideal for the initial leveling of welds or lead filler on Harley-Davidson frames and tanks. Picard has designed this holder to be compatible with replacement blades, such as the fine 582266 or rough 582267 options. It provides a controlled, even stroke that is essential for achieving a professional finish before paint application.
