Andrews' complete five-speed gear and shaft kit fits 1981–1984 Big Twin models with rear chain drive. The kit includes all five main and counter gears along with both mainshaft and countershaft, providing a full transmission rebuild in one package with stock gear ratios. Every component is manufactured from high-quality nickel alloy steel, heat-treated, and shot-peened for strength. Lead-in ramps are incorporated where applicable to improve shift quality and reduce wear on drive dogs and slots. Sold as a set. The comprehensive solution when your Big Twin's gearbox needs a complete refresh rather than piecemeal replacement.
